Strata Health, an international leader in the delivery of patient flow technology, has embarked on its latest initiative in its development of a global User Community. To better serve its more than 10,000 users, Strata Health Solutions has established this collaborative on-line community to more formally facilitate the exchange of ideas around improving health system access and the patient journey across different care streams. The community will provide its members with tips, tutorials, videos and discussion forums with Strata Health client services team moderating. The user community will also act as a springboard for new product development ideas using member feedback to assist in their conceptualization and evolution
Insight gathered from the User Community will be used by Strata Health to further understand user needs as well as providing guidance to its strategic priorities and the evolution of the Strata Resource Matching and E-Referral™ product portfolio. In addition, the User Community will help create an improved user experience for health care end users, managers and analysts.

The Strata Resource Matching and E-Referral™ User Community will be launched directly with users and interested parties on December 14th, 2010.
