News: Strata Health France and partners receive funding from the Greater Paris Region to accelerate experimental intelligent patient flow solution

Paris, France – April 15th, 2016

The innovative project eRAP – eReferrals et Aiguillage des Patients has been selected by the Ile-de-France (Greater Paris) region under the 2015 Call for Project ” On-site experimentation of innovative projects within the Greater Paris region. ” A grant was awarded to Strata Health France to support the deployment of this innovative solution to its clinical partners, the Voir et Entendre Foundation and the University Hospital Department (UHD) Vision & Handicaps Île-de-France.

This project aims to set up a well-organized stream for specialist care that will optimize the patient referral process to the most appropriate and available specialist in the ecosystem. The new process that will emerge from this experimentation will allow patients to have a better access to specialized consultations. The eRAP solution will be deployed and tested within an ecosystem of 500 ophthalmologists experts practicing in the city of Paris. The long-term vision of Strata Health France and its partners is to expand the ecosystem to the overall Île-de-France region and extend its use to other specialties. “Obtaining this grant provides Strata and its partners the opportunity to implement this ambitious research and development project and to pursue our main objective: Implementing an intelligent and innovative electronic referral process that can really benefit to patients. ” says Geoffrey Haas, Country Manager at Strata Health France.
